Adam is a proven Operations Manager with over 20 years of demonstrated success in managing the delivery of major projects and outages across Australia and internationally.
He is a highly skilled and informed leader possessing skills in the management of personnel for execution of construction, both greenfield and brownfield, outages, turnarounds and maintenance activities.
With an extensive background in maintenance, shutdown management, plant overhauls, and construction of new plants. His leadership functions have included performing, planning and estimating small and large-scale shutdowns, project works, and new construction works.
Adam promotes a team player mentality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and direct teams to establish contributing roles within groups of diverse individuals from a variety of professional disciplines. The experience Adam brings to the organisation is second to none, along with exposure to many different process plants from oil refineries, and gas plants to power and paper industries and exposure to chemical process plants.
Adam is a highly experienced industry specialist. He brings over 20 years of industry-leading experience in the Petro-Chemical Plant Turnarounds, maintenance and breakdowns all across Australia and New Zealand, including Reformers, Heat Exchangers, Boilers, Heavy-duty and all associated piping and Pressure Equipment, Condensers, Vessels of all sizes and applications, Recovery Boilers and everything associated with Plant apparatus in general. Adam has an extensive background in the Refinery and Power Generation Plant maintenance applications, including those examples of apparatus stated above.
Adam brings to this business exceptional leadership, values and technical expertise. Adam is focused on bringing over past learnings, engaging with clients to fully understand existing maintenance strategies and setting up the best for business maintenance and outage planning. Adam has an excellent eye for budget, schedule and quality management.
